There is the option of utilising the upstairs master suite lounge area as a third bedroom, with double sofa bed to sleep two guests.
Within the downstairs suite there is a double sofa bed that can sleep an additional two guests if required.

The large, separate kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast table and a wealth of modern appliances, including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. French doors to the front patio provide for al fresco morning coffees.
